Every page on this site about visas, residence or arraigo is written by the same person. This page exists so you know who that is before deciding whether to trust what you read.

Rodolfo Sacchetto Lorenzetto, Specialist in International Migration Law

Immigration is not only about documents and bureaucracy. It is about making room for people's plans, reuniting families and building futures. Every case I take on is treated with the seriousness it deserves.

Background

Rodolfo Sacchetto is a Brazilian professional with eleven years of international experience, specialising in migration cases and in building international mobility strategies. His work is dedicated to guiding people who want to start a new chapter with legal certainty and proper planning — not only Brazilians, but clients from Canada, the United States, Portugal, China and across the African continent. The aim is simple: clarity, confidence and specialist support for anyone looking for opportunity and stability somewhere new.

How the work is done

The service runs in five stages, set out on the services page: first consultation, planning, document preparation, filing, and support through to arrival. The order matters more than it looks — a flawless file for the wrong authorisation is still a file for the wrong authorisation.

The same standard applies to the writing: every page that publishes a euro figure carries the rule it comes from and the date it took effect, so you can check rather than take our word.

What we do not do

Worth saying plainly. We do not automate or circumvent the Spanish government's cita previa appointment system and we do not buy appointments; we do not advise booking accommodation purely to show at the border and cancel afterwards; and we do not help anyone conceal or under-declare income. All three raise the risk of refusal — the opposite of what you hire an adviser for. Tax questions go to a Spanish tax specialist.

Talking to us

The consultation is paid and scheduled. You leave it with the route settled for your profile, not with a generic answer.
