What we do not do
Worth saying plainly, because it affects anyone looking for a shortcut. We do not automate or circumvent the Spanish government's appointment system; we do not advise booking accommodation purely to show at the border and cancel afterwards; and we do not help anyone conceal or under-declare income. All three raise the risk of refusal and of legal trouble — the opposite of what you hire an adviser for.

How does the consultation work?
It is paid and scheduled. Beforehand you answer a short set of profile questions, so the time is spent analysing your case rather than collecting basic data.
Why is the consultation paid?
Because it is the service itself: you leave it with a defined route for your profile. Charging also means the slot you reserve actually happens — a diary full of no-shows makes the service worse for everyone.
Do you guarantee the visa will be approved?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. The decision belongs to the consulate or the immigration office. What we do is reduce risk: the correct category, a complete file, and deadlines respected.
Do you work with people who are already in Spain?
Yes — and it matters, because someone already in the country often has a different legal path from someone still abroad. It is the first question we ask.
Will you book my cita previa?
Appointment booking is handled by a specialised third-party service and the cost is included in the quote. We do not automate or circumvent the Spanish government's appointment system.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish and Portuguese. The adviser is based in Spain, which is also where the procedures happen.
