What we collect
We only collect what you give us when you contact us through the form:
- Name — so we know how to address you;
- WhatsApp / phone — the channel we reply on;
- Where you are (Brazil, Spain or another country) — to understand your starting point;
- Visa of interest (optional) — to prepare the conversation;
- Message — a description of your situation, if you choose to write one.
We do not ask for special-category data. Please do not include health details, racial origin, political opinions or similar in your message — they are not needed for a first contact.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply and assess whether your case is viable. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract, and your consent in submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To keep a record of the enquiry so we can follow it up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in managing enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell it. There is no automated decision-making or profiling with legal effect on you.
Who has access
Your data is handled by Propiziare Immigra and by processors acting on our instructions only:
- Supabase — the database where the form submission is stored;
- Vercel — website hosting;
- Google — aggregate audience statistics (see the Cookie Policy), when enabled;
- Meta Platforms — when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in the GDPR — as a rule, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, while there is an ongoing relationship or legitimate interest, up to 24 months from the last contact — unless a legal obligation requires longer. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
At any time, and free of charge, you can exercise your rights to:
- access your data;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data and withdraw consent;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- data portability.
To do so, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es).
